The Past Two Weeks

These past two weeks have been a whirlwind. Grandma Nese came to spend a week and a half with us and accompany Tyson back home. We had Elliana's baby blessing the Sunday before last. Tysha came on Friday and stayed the weekend. It was a blast having them all here. Tyson and Mom left early Saturday morning. Then Heath took off for a business trip on Monday. He got home this evening. I got so lonely having everyone here and then suddenly everyone leaving all at the same time.

Oh, and Elliana had her 2 month check-up, it turns out she does need to wear a helmet to help shape her head. Labor was a little rough on her. The Dr. says it's purely cosmetic and that we needn't worry but they do a brain scan just to cover all the bases. However we can't get in to see the plastic surgeon for another month. They tell us it isn't urgent and she'll be fine. Our pediatrician is great and we're not worried. She is the sweetest, prettiest little girl and so bright and alert. All of our kids are beautiful and wonderfully diverse. It's so fun!

This summer has flown by and we're already missing Tyson so much. It's always a little rough after he leaves. But we're looking forward to November when we can see you all again!

It looks like you had so much fun. I am sure Elliana is going to be fine. It seems like there is always something they have to say to make you nervous with each baby. We'll say a prayer for her anyway. Give the girls a kiss for us!

Once again thank you for all the fun times. I hated to leave you all there. Wish I could have brought you all home with me! You could have eliminated the pictures with me in them. The Arch looks like a great place to visit. We'll have to do that the next time I come out.
LOVE you all
Grandma Nese :)

I really loved seeing your family at church. Tysha looks so much like you, Heidi. I looked back at the pew and I thought it was you. She just laughed at me. I gave her a hug and told her that I liked her and to have a safe trip home. It was cool. Grandma Nese is a sweetheart. Please tell her I said so. I'll talk to you later! I do love your hair!
