Saydee loves strawberries. So we opted for a less traditional cake this year. 
While Saydee leaned over to blow out her candles, she got too close to the flame and singed her hair, eyebrows and eyelashes on the left side. It didn't really hurt her and no permanent damage done. It just scared us and provides a funny story to tell her when she's older.
We found this little tykes slide in super shape. Best 30 bucks we've spent in a while.
She absolutely loves it. It might even be big enough for Tyson. And yes, I got picture happy.
The other present we got for her birthday was her very own chapstick. Ahhh, the simple pleasures and low expectations of a toddler, its wonderful.
Lance and Jennie sent her this Tea set. Half way through their tea party Saydee starts packing up and puts the entire set down her shirt and walks away. Mobile storage I guess. It was hilarious! She was completely serious the whole time. I am always wondering what goes through these little minds. I was impressed she fit all the pieces in there, its not very small.

That is too funy about the candles! Brackon was scared to death when I brought in his 2nd birthday cake!
