At odds over Rock

Saturday was gorgeous. We spent most of the day doing yard work. When we decided to get rid of this not so pretty decorative rock we didn't know we'd have a full out revolt on our hands. Like most kids our girls love rocks, especially white, sparkly magical ones. And apparently Saydee and Elli deem them their very personal property.

There were some dramatic moments, lots of rantings and finger shaking from Elli, and the phrases "I am very frustrated" and "Those are our rocks" were used several times from Saydee.
So we said they could keep as many as they could fit in their little green bucket, which seemed to pacify them.

On crusade to save a few.

Rocks can be very special. Ash, Jax and Noelle went through a rock phase. I'm just waiting for it to hit Sierra.
